Global, US, and Juem.
Deiji Studios
Three stores, one brand system.
Deiji Studios sells linen sleepwear from Byron Bay to the world - a global store shipping to the EU, NZ and Asia, a dedicated US store fulfilled from Texas, and a second womenswear label, Juem. Jaboo is the team that keeps every decision landing correctly across all three.

What we handle
International operations that have to stay coherent.
International pricing and markets. Shopify Markets configuration across currencies and regions - US price syncing, UK set pricing, market-level fixes - plus sale events emulated correctly across stores and time zones, from Memorial Day to Black Friday.
Returns logic good enough to ship. The US store needed advanced returns rules SWAP did not support. We designed a line-item-data approach that SWAP adopted into their product as V2 line item custom data - Deiji got the returns behaviour they needed, and the vendor got a feature.
Compliance without drama. When EU distance-selling rules required a 14-day withdrawal option, we shipped it across both brands with PostCo ahead of the deadline.
Tooling the team actually uses. Bulk price and product updates across three stores used to be a manual grind. We built a spreadsheet-driven update system, then upgraded it to a CLI-based workflow, and trained Deiji's team to run it themselves.
Checkout, duties and the details. Duties and taxes messaging with Zonos and Checkout Blocks, pre-order disclaimers, back-in-stock across email and WhatsApp, Klaviyo rules, domain and deliverability - the unglamorous work that decides whether an international store feels trustworthy.
Current work
CRO-led rebuild, tracked with Assay.
A ground-up theme rebuild across all three stores is underway - replacing a stock Dawn setup with a custom build designed around Deiji's editorial direction, with conversion focus and session scoring via Assay, Jaboo's proprietary app.

“I'm sure we could probably figure it out, but would prefer to get you to do it so we don't screw it up.”
